You can check the status of your Refund 24 hours a day on the internet at ; by calling our toll-free status line at 1-866-730-2274; or using the IRS's Where's My Refund? tool.
During the Tax Season, the Professionals at our locations are not able to personally answer the phones because they are focused on providing our clients with an accurate, thoroughly prepared tax return. On the IRS's website ( there is also an online tool to check the status of your tax refund.

With the Where's My Refund? tool you can generally get information about your refund 72 hours after the IRS acknowledges receipt of your e-filed return, or three to four weeks after mailing a paper return.
To use this tool, you will need to provide the following information from your tax return:
  • Your Social Security Number (or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number)
  • Your Filing Status
  • The exact whole dollar amount of your refund
